Actually forgot to record so much of the day 😂 5.30 wake up & workout, quick panic pack before heading into clinic for 8.30 for a team meeting then leaving for the airport at 9.05 and needing to be there form 9.15… hey it’s Guernsey we can get round the entire island in 10 mins, right? 😂 My first stop of the day was to besties clinic and training space of DREAMS @sjbrowslondon @sjtrainingacademy … side note if you’re an injector / beauty therapist / PMU anyone in aesthetics or beauty / PMU looking to train I would 10/10 recommend her new clinic it’s perfectly designed for training and located in central London. It’s been 3/4 years since I’ve seen my queen of injecting @dr.jasmin.aesthetics she has been doing my lips and nose since 2018/2019 and I trust her implicitly & send literally everyone to her! Natural lip blush to enhance the boarder and definition of the lips. My most common request is ‘I don’t want to look like I have lipstick, just something very subtle’. Hello dolls! Welcome to my world! 🎀✨💕🎨 Here’s a little intro post to help you get to know me better — a mix of fun, family and a few throwbacks (some questionable fringe moments included). Beauty is my life. Always has been. I love: – Anything beauty + wellness related – Self-development & business podcasts (I’m listening before I’ve even opened my eyes) – Meeting new people and hearing their stories – Adventures that push me out of my comfort zone – A good tea, a fabulous outfit 🎀, and a great plan to make the most of each day – The word ‘dolls’… obviously 🙃 My creativity started young (see slide two: self-cut fringe). And while I used to be the grumpiest child in the school photo (yes, the sulking-in-the-corner one is real — volume on), anyone who knows me now will tell you, I’m upbeat, bubbly, passionate about what I do… with a side of slightly eccentric 🤪 This post took two days to pull together and about four weeks of overthinking — because yes, I’m a perfectionist. Best and worst trait. I like things done properly, not rushed. (Clients — hands up if you can vouch for that!) I’m social and extroverted, but also naturally a bit quiet and shy. If you know me well, you’re probably laughing at that… but it’s true. I keep my circle small, have a very strong family unit, say what I think (sometimes too honestly), but I always aim to speak with kindness and keep it real. ✨ Lip Neutralisation: The Art of Balance ✨ Lip neutralisation is one of my favourite treatments and my clients are always thrilled with the healed results. But did you know this is one of the trickiest and most complex PMU techniques? In this photo you can see the healed photo for one session with my lovely client. For her second session, last week, I focused on blending the areas that had still held a deeper colour. In Lip Neutralisation we focus on evening out natural pigmentation and lightening darker tones in the lips to create a soft, blended result that balances the overall colour. Some clients opt for reverse neutralisation, where instead of lightening the lips, we deepen the lighter areas to match the darker tones. It all comes down to your desired end result. 🖌️ Why does it take patience? Neutralisation requires multiple sessions, sometimes spaced up to 3 months apart, to ensure the safest, most effective outcome without causing deepened pigmentation. The results are worth the wait, once healed, they can last 18+ months before a colour refresh is needed. 💡 Colour theory is everything. When it’s first done, the colour looks very vibrant because the pigment is sitting on top of the skin and hasn’t healed yet. Think of it like wearing tights—the healed result will be softer and more natural because the pigment settles into the skin, not on top of it. 💋 For lip blush, it takes at least six weeks to see the true colour of your healed lips. Permanent makeup is a process that gently builds colour over two sessions for your initial appointment. I’m always here to reassure you—if you’re ever unsure about something, please don’t hesitate to ask! Soft Lips Healed ✨First session A perfect heal example 🥰 I can see how perfectly my client has looked after her new permanent make up because she has such an incredible retention for the first session and this lip tissue is particularly difficult to do due to the tissue texture and forcied spots + the lips swelled very quickly during treatment.
